The Australian Riftbound singles market is in its formation stage. Prices have not stabilised, which means informed buyers can move early on cards that will appreciate, and sellers can capture premiums before supply catches up with demand. Here is what you need to know right now.

Why Australian Riftbound Prices Are Still Unsettled

Riftbound launched in English in October 2025. Unleashed (Set 3) released May 8, 2026, less than two weeks before RQ Sydney. The Australian player base is growing fast but the secondary market infrastructure has not formed the way it has for MTG or Pokemon.

This means Australian eBay prices vary widely for the same card, US TCGPlayer prices are often a better reference point when converted to AUD, and tournament results have immediate and significant price impact because supply is limited.

How AUD vs USD Pricing Works for Riftbound

US Riftbound prices are set on TCGPlayer in USD. At the current exchange rate (approximately AU$1.58 per USD$1):

Australian eBay prices typically run 10-25% above the converted US price due to import costs, lower supply, and Australian shipping.

Cards Worth Watching Right Now

LeBlanc, Deceiver: The current meta leader. Already seeing strong demand from competitive players building for RQ Sydney and RQ Singapore. If LeBlanc wins or top-cuts at RQ Sydney, expect her key champion card and signature spells to spike 30-50% within 48 hours of the result. Buy before May 17 if you are building LeBlanc.

Fiora, Grand Duelist: Consistent top performer since Spiritforged. Fiora singles have held their value better than most because the deck remains competitive across meta changes. A stable hold rather than a spike candidate.

Baron Nashor Ultimate Rare: Under 0.1% pull rate. There will be very few of these in Australian circulation. A long-term hold if you can find one at a reasonable price immediately post-release.

Poppy, Defender of the Meek (RQ Sydney Alternate Art): Exclusively available at RQ Sydney as a badge inclusion. Once the event ends, supply is fixed permanently.

Overnumber variants: One per approximately three boxes. Overnumber variants of competitive-relevant cards (LeBlanc, Fiora, Irelia) are the priority.

Where to Buy Riftbound Singles in Australia

eBay AU is the primary Australian singles market right now. Our store will have Unleashed singles listed after we open our boxes following RQ Sydney.

Is Now the Right Time to Buy?

For competitive singles: yes. Buy before RQ Sydney results are published (May 17-18). Post-event spikes on winning Legend's key cards are predictable and fast.

For sealed product: Unleashed boxes are at retail price now. Buy what you plan to open, and consider holding one sealed box if you have the patience.

For collector pieces (Ultimate, Signature Overnumbers): buy when you see them at a price you can justify. These are speculative holds.
