These terms apply to the C3 Seller Intelligence subscription product available at cardsoncardsoncards.com.au/pricing. By subscribing you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use above.
The C3 Seller Intelligence subscription ("the Subscription") currently provides:
Features available under the Subscription may expand over time. We may also update, replace, or remove features. We will notify active subscribers of any material reduction in features by email with at least 14 days notice before the change takes effect.
Features listed as "coming soon" on the pricing page are planned but not guaranteed. Subscribers are not entitled to a refund or price reduction based on planned features that have not yet launched.
The Subscription is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of your sign-up, processed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise Cards on Cards on Cards to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Founding member subscribers who joined at AU$14.95/month lock in that rate for the life of their subscription, provided the subscription remains active and payments are not in default. If we raise the standard subscription price for new subscribers, existing founding member rates are not affected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at ccc.squadhelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscriber features until the end of the paid period.
You can also cancel directly via our self-service portal at billing.stripe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Subscription services are available and functioning. Price data and market signals are estimates based on third-party data sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the weekly report will be delivered on any specific day, or that all features will be available at all times. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party API failures, or circumstances outside our control. Brief disruptions do not entitle subscribers to a refund.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your payment details current. The Subscription is for the personal, non-commercial use of one individual. You must not share subscriber-only content, weekly reports, or market signals with non-subscribers for commercial gain or as a competing service.
Cards on Cards on Cards complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). This policy sets out your refund rights in relation to the C3 Seller Intelligence subscription.
The ACL provides consumer guarantees for services that cannot be excluded by contract. If the Subscription service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy including a refund for the affected period. A major failure means the service is substantially not fit for the purpose described, or is of unacceptable quality in a way that a reasonable consumer would not have accepted had they been aware of it.
Contact us at ccc.squadhelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of the charge. Include your subscription email address and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.
Cards on Cards on Cards (ABN 65 246 763 997, Sydney NSW Australia) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy applies to personal information collected through cardsoncardsoncards.com.au and related services including the C3 Seller Intelligence subscription.
Email and mailing list data is stored with MailerLite. Subscription and payment data is managed via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Analytics data is processed by Google. Card and product data, including price alert preferences, is stored in Supabase with row-level security controls. Transactional emails are sent via Resend.
Some service providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States (Google, Stripe, Netlify, Resend, Amazon, eBay) and South Korea (Supabase Seoul region). We have selected providers we assess as maintaining appropriate security standards. By using this site and its services you consent to these transfers.
Email addresses are retained on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Subscription and billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Australian law, even after cancellation. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's data retention settings (26 months by default). Price alert data is deleted upon your request.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold. Contact us at ccc.squadhelp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.

Where expected value (EV), return on investment (ROI), or similar estimates are displayed for sealed products, these are mathematical calculations based on current single card prices and published pull rates. They represent a statistical average across many openings and do not predict what any individual will pull from a specific box. Individual results will vary substantially. Price history data on this site is sourced from third-party APIs and eBay AU completed listing data. Historical data collection began in May 2026. Price history charts therefore reflect the period from approximately May 2026 onwards. We do not hold or display price data from before this date unless explicitly stated.
Price history may have gaps due to API unavailability, cards not being listed on eBay AU during a given period, or data collection interruptions. Gaps in a price chart do not necessarily mean a card had no market activity during that period.
Where historical prices were collected in USD and converted to AUD, the exchange rate used was the rate at the time of data collection, not the current rate. Historical AUD prices may therefore not reflect what those prices would be in today's AUD terms.
